Steve's Video Of The Day: Another "Cossack" Take-Off!!
I published a post with video entitled Steve's Video Of The Day: "Cossack" Take-Off!! on June 10. Well, I have found another great take-off video. I love the Antonov 225, the "Beast from the East"! The brilliance of Russian aircraft designers shines through. Listen as the sound of 6 Lotarev turbofans (D-18T engines at 51,590 lb thrust each) spool up. Watch as the wings flex upward and stiffen for take-off. I get a "woody" watching and hearing this aircraft perform!!
