The Day In Photos........
Yesterday, July 29, I never finished flying until 8 PM. Here is the day in photos.
I ended up in Bissett in the AM, helping haul Boy Scouts Of America.
Fueling the "Walter".
Close-up.
deHavillands everywhere! Johnny has been flying HYB.
"Codfish" has been flying EYQ.
Beautiful weather, and the rivers are dropping!
Later on, at Silver Falls, the "hangar boys" were inspecting Adventure Air's Walter Turbine Otter C-GSUV..........
Right-side access panel open to the turbine installation........
Left-side access panel open to the turbine installation.........
Mel and Kenny hard at work............
Man, this camera "stops" the prop........
Last trip of the day, dropping off good friend Ralph Penner and his wife and son at Gordon Lake.............
You know, a "floatplane", against a "dock", against a "rock", in the "bush", well, it is "postcard" perfect, and it all fits. Where would "road-inaccessible" Canada be without the "floatplane"?
Till next time,
"Dong maber"...........
