MPIC (Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation) is now offering discounts on insurance if one installs an "immobilizer" in one's vehicle. A very good idea, due to the "rash" of thefts lately. Last night, after a number of "pickle jars" full of water, "liquid intellect", and ice, I had a better idea. Why immobilize the vehicle? Immobilize the "damn thief"! Therefore, I installed a "thief immobilizer" in my vehicle. Watch!
