"Thunderstorms"!
This morning, 5 AM was different from the last time I "posted" about 5 AM. A major "disturbance" was coming our way. Brandon, which is quite distant, had thunderstorms earlier, and the winds were 30G49KTS! "Yee-haa"! We were right in line, a couple of hours later, as the storms were building, still developing, and "raising shit"!
1953 HDL faces a "grey" sky!
1966 UKN waits for the "onslaught"!
The rain and hail begins.........
then "lessens"........
Chopper on the breakwater "made it"..........
"Hail", an hour later........
Finally, the storm tracked northeast, and I made Sasaginnigak Lake with the first canoes of the year............
"Adios"!
