Steve's "Real Hero" Of The Week!....(with "Thanks" to Ray "Bubba" Sorensen)

"OUR SOLDIERS"

There is a huge rock near a gravel pit on Hwy. 25 in rural Iowa. For generations, kids have painted slogans, names, and obscenities on this rock, changing its character many times. In 1999, Ray Sorensen decided to paint the "rock" in tribute to U.S. "Veterans and Soldiers", and every year he has "depicted" famous scenes in U.S. history "struggles". The original painting was the "Flag-Raising at Iwo Jima". In 2005 and 2006, the rock received paint jobs, lets "have a look".
